As we come near the end of the year and prepare for the year to come, we’d like to thank you all for reading our newsletters, calling our support team, and keeping us busy throughout the year. We here at MTI are truly grateful for our customers, and we appreciate your loyalty!
As I reflect back on 2015, I can’t help but be thankful for everything I’ve learned. I’ve been with the MTI team for a little over a year now, and I can’t express how much gratitude I have for the knowledge I’ve gained working with these guys. Last year, I couldn’t tell you the difference between a router and a modem, or what a UPS was, or how important backups are. I’m not an IT pro just yet, but I feel more comfortable in the world of IT than ever before. While I have the team to thank for that, I can’t forget to thank our clients, as well.
Because of our clients, I am pushed to research and define common computer issues every day. I have a working knowledge of some common issues, and I can even determine which are major, fatal, IT issues, and which only require a quick fix. Don’t get me wrong, I still can’t setup a wireless access point, or install a NAS device, but I can definitely work my way through a tech support call and know the severity of the issue. That being said, I can also point the issue in the right direction with the MTI Team backing me.
MTI has truly become a part of me, and I am happy that I’ve been able to grow and educate myself in this random, unpredictable, explosive world of IT and computers. I’d like to thank our clients for their devotion to our team, and I’d like to thank our team for their ever-growing support. The foundations set this year make me truly excited for the year to come, and I can say the same for the MTI Team. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year from our team to yours!
