The weight: The iPhone5 only weighs 3.96 ounces which makes it light as a feather.

Camera: The camera is still an 8 megapixel but now operates much faster and Apple has added a panoramic picture taking ability which will greatly impress users. The camera also has an improved ability to take pictures in low light that are among the best in the industry.

Battery life: A major improvement touted by Apple on the iPhone5 is the battery life that is supposed to life 8 hours of talk time.

A6 Chip: This upgrade causes the phones CPU to operate at twice the performance and renders graphics at two times the speed of the old iPhone.

4G and LTE Capability: Perhaps the most important upgrade to the iPhone is that the new iPhone5 is 4G LTE compatible which means it will use the faster network capabilities from all carriers.

Verizon Wireless, AT&T, and Sprint expect to start delivery of the iPhone on September 21st, 2012.
